【Pre-Order】Johnny Sazabi Transformable Artisan Keycap Set – Handcrafted Gundam Mecha for MX Switches Hand-painted transformable resin keycap set by Johnny — inspired by the AMS-122 Sazabi from Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. Features foldable shoulder spikes for attack/compact mode transformation and textured armor surface detail.

Who This Is For

• ▸ Char's Counterattack fans — who want a desktop tribute to Char Aznable's iconic Sazabi — the deep crimson and gold color scheme makes this one of the most visually striking keycap sets in the Johnny collection.
• ▸ Artisan keycap collectors — focused on transformable designs — the foldable shoulder spikes add an interactive element that goes beyond static display, offering two display configurations (attack mode and compact mode).
• ▸ Gundam keyboard builders — assembling a themed setup — the 3-key set (head + left shoulder + right shoulder) integrates seamlessly with other Johnny keycaps or standard keycap layouts.

Foldable Shoulder Spike Transformation

• The shoulder armor keycaps feature foldable spike mechanisms — extend them outward for an aggressive attack-mode silhouette inspired by the Sazabi's deployed form, or fold them flat for a cleaner, compact display profile. Switching between the two configurations is done by hand, with no tools required.
• The shoulder spike joint uses a simple hinge design. Handle gently during transformation and avoid forcing the mechanism beyond its natural range of motion.

Hand-Painted Crimson & Gold Finish

• Each set is individually hand-painted in Sazabi's signature deep crimson with gold edge detailing, replicating the mobile suit's color scheme from Char's Counterattack. The surface texture simulates real mecha armor plating, adding visual depth beyond flat painted resin.
• Cast in bubble-free resin through a multi-stage process, each keycap achieves a garage-kit level of detail suitable for collection and display alongside Gundam model kits.

3-Way Mounting — Top / Bottom / ROG

• Choose from three mounting options: Top-Mounted, Bottom-Mounted, or ROG Switch. The top-mounted and bottom-mounted variants fit standard Cherry MX and compatible cross-stem switches, while the ROG variant is designed specifically for ASUS ROG optical switches.
• Regardless of mounting style, each set includes 3 keycaps (head + left shoulder armor + right shoulder armor) that can be positioned together or split across your keyboard layout.
