Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Once your order clears customs at our international logistics center, your tracking number will be generated and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all standard orders. Estimated delivery times after your tracking number is generated:

- North America: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 7-20 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5-12 business days
- Rest of World: 10-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal service efficiency, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be generated after your order has cleared customs at our international logistics center. Once available, you will receive the tracking information via email. Please allow up to 7 business days after your order confirmation for tracking to become available.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately at takaramodel527@hotmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Orders
Custom and pre-order items may have extended processing times as stated on the product page. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific timelines.

Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes can be made once an order has been processed.
