Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

Cancellation
For unshipped orders, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order at no charge.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom & Pre-Order Items: Due to the made-to-order nature of custom Gunpla/GK kits, custom items and pre-orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final Sale / Clearance Items:*Products marked as clearance or final sale are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Damaged or Defective Items:GK resin kits and delicate Gunpla parts are fragile. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents before opening further, and contact us within 48 hours at takaramodel527@hotmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Return Process
1. Contact us at takaramodel527@hotmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we'll email you the return shipping address and instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
